The lady who helped me via live chat was brilliant and I needed her help - I am in Austraila and it was creating with my sisters over emails and with time difference I could only do late a night. She was helpful and did lots for me. Fantastic product - will be doing again for more gifts and friends have been asking where it was from already :-)
