Order arrived very quickly even though it was a last minute gift during the hectic Christmas period. Was promised for Christmas eve but actually arrived with days to spare! Beautifully printed and finished on a quality product, just what I was hoping for. I only wish I could have afforded a larger size as I ordered the smallest due to cost. Although a great quality product I'm not convinced it was overall great value. That being said service and product were impeccable.

I decided to order a blanket for my Mum this Christmas.
The web site was easy to use, simply uploaded my chosen photos, clicked the design I wanted and hey presto I had a blanket. So quick and easy and the final product looked amazing. I have been recommending Bags Of Love to friends and family since.
We ordered a personalised blanket for my mum who has dementia, the website was so easy to use and the blanket arrived within a week, the quality of the blanket material was amazing so thick and soft and the pictures looked so clear it really was so above my expectations. We had photos printed on both sides of the blanket so whatever way up it was placed there would always be photos on show. The blanket didn't show my mums surname that we had put in our design but the ladies in customer service were so efficient I can honestly say it's the best customer service I have ever dealt with and within a few days a second blanket arrived with the full name on.
I cannot recommend this company enough and my mums face when she looked at all the pictures on Christmas Day was worth every penny we spent

Having used the Bags of love site several times previously, I knew what to expect and I wasn't disappointed. Fabulous! Customer service assistance during planning stage of my bracelet design was very valuable and much appreciated. The large photo blanket, large photo tray, photo coasters and photo bangle all arrived in the post very very quickly, despite the time of year, and are all extraordinarily pleasing to the eye.
