It is rare that I write a review of customer service and product quality of online retail . However this company exceeds my expectation to a point that I welcomed this opportunity to express my gratitiude and complete endorsment of them. I have ordered many projects from oven mitts to directors chairs and EVERY project has literally thrilled me when they arrived at my front door. Although I llive in Minnesota USA I have received all my products from the UK in perfect condition and within a week. I have even had an associate from BagsOfLove contact me personally prior to production when there may have been an oversite on my part to improve the quality and overall look of the project. I was given voucher for my birthday and have just used it.needed help from my son to sort photos from different sources (ipad,phone,laptop)ordered photo bag and make up bag and received both in 2 days ,Amazing ! Great, friendly, easy to use website. Design tool excellent, advises if a personal image chosen, is of good quality to copy. Also preview, before confirmation lets you see your item with image. An absolute wonderful service. We ordered our cushions on the Thursday afternoon and they were delivered by the Friday morning. Great quality, far superior to a lot of other companies we have used that personalised gifts.

We were looking to find a company who could produce a photo upload address book & had already ordered one from another site, but the end product was pocketbook size and not nearly of the same quality. The Bags Of Love item is really well made. The inside layout has a sensible layout with with plenty of room to write names/addresses. I wasn't expecting the photo print on the silk material, but that gives it a quality look and finish that we're really happy with. Ordering and uploading the photo were very easy and took about 10minutes. Delivery was also speedy. This has made a memorable present and keepsake.
