I put a lot of work into my designs, and I wanted to be sure that all the detail would be included in the finished product. I was unsure that the background colour would match my placed designs, and also that the images would not be cropped off at the ends. I was using your chat line, and asking these questions to Shinya. This person was absolutely brilliant! Being very patient, and paying great attention to everything that I was asking. My mugs arrived within a couple of days, which was also fantastic!

I purchased this as a fathers day present for my husband. He was thrilled! It is so nice we are not sure where we will place it but have already decided one is not enough. This one has him and our fur baby on it so perhaps we'll do more with family photos!
