1. I had an on-line chat with them (with Gwenn I think) about my order and they informed me that they had proactively suggested that I made a small change to my order, which I subsequently approved because it was certainly a better option for me.
2. Then they explained how I could get my order within a few days because it was for a friends birthday. This meant that I had to pay a little extra, which they organised for me
3. Then I received my Canvas within 2 days of ordering - well in time for the birthday celebrations
